Mohd Zia Hassan’s Entrepreneurial Journey from Sales to Leading Infinity Group
Canadian-born and raised in Dubai, Mohd Zia Hassan has built an entrepreneurial career that spans real estate, hospitality, beauty, trading, consultancy, and entertainment. Today, as Chairman of Infinity Group, he continues to expand a business portfolio shaped by experience, adaptability, and a strong understanding of customers.
Every entrepreneur has a starting point. For Mohd Zia Hassan, it was sales.
Working directly with customers gave him an early understanding of communication, trust, and consumer behavior. It taught him to listen carefully, recognize what people value, and build lasting relationships. These lessons would later play an important role in the way he approached business.
Growing up in Dubai also placed Hassan in the middle of one of the world’s most dynamic business environments. Surrounded by rapid development and new opportunities, he developed an interest in building businesses across different sectors.
Today, he leads Infinity Group, a UAE-based diversified business group with interests across multiple industries.
From Sales to Entrepreneurship
Hassan took his first major step into entrepreneurship in 2010 when he entered the electronics business. Managing his own venture gave him hands-on experience in sourcing, operations, financial management, customer service, and business risk.
More importantly, it encouraged him to look beyond a single industry.
His business interests later expanded into hospitality with Infinity Cafe Lounge, followed by real estate through Infinix Infinity Real Estate, which focuses on property advisory and investment services.
Over the years, Infinity Group’s portfolio has grown to include Diva Beauty Lounge, BigBoss Elite Grooming, Diva Perfumes, and Infinity Business Consultancy. Hassan’s wider business interests also extend to gold and diamond trading and the oil and gas sector.
Rather than limiting himself to one field, Hassan has focused on identifying opportunities in different markets and building businesses around evolving customer needs.
A Growing Presence in Entertainment
Alongside his business ventures, Hassan has developed interests in media, music, fashion, and entertainment.
His creative journey includes modelling and song production, while Infinity Events leans more into entertainment as well as corporate experiences.
With Infinity Unplugged, Hassan gives emerging singers a platform, where they can perform and connect with wider audiences. Infinity Talks, in the meantime brings together celebrities, entrepreneurs, and public personalities to talk about their careers, experiences, and the real professional journeys behind them.

On 25 July 2026, he received the Golden Excellence Award for Visionary Business Leadership in Diversified Enterprise Development at a ceremony held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahyan.
His profile also includes recognition associated with the GGN Awards, TIFR Dubai 2024, and the 10th edition of the India International Influencer Awards.
